LPG

Generations gas systems

This is a traditional unit with mixing gas, additionally equipped with a gas divider.
To maintain the proper composition of the gas-air mixture, the lambda-controller uses the signal from full-time Lambda probe vehicles, as well as signal throttle position and engine speed sensor to optimize air / fuel mixture at the transient conditions of the engine.
System 2-generation ensures the maintenance of environmental requirements of Euro 1. Some of Lambda control, with two adjustment (at idle and at speed) support the environmental requirements of Euro 2.
Systems of first and second generations have a number of shortcomings, and do not meet the currently valid standards of the UNECE.Toxicity of exhaust gases from vehicles equipped with such systems, usually located at the level of Euro-1 norms, which operated in Europe until 1996, and only in some cases closer to Euro-2 standards.In this connection, gas equipment manufacturers have developed systems of the third and fourth generations, who are becoming increasingly common.

The third generation of GCE. The fourth generation of GCE.
